The Land Use Charge is Kaduna State's harmonized property tax. Assessments are standardized and published, so every property owner knows exactly what is due and why.

Charges can be paid online through approved e-payment channels, with electronic receipts issued for every transaction. Revenue collected supports urban renewal, infrastructure, and service delivery across all 23 Local Government Areas.
