About NakowaLuxuryKadGISservices
Founded by Sir Bulus Banquo Audu — modern land administration and accurate surveys for Kaduna State.
NakowaLuxuryKadGISservices was founded by meritorious surveyor Sir Bulus Banquo Audu — honorary staff of the Kaduna Geographic Information System and civil servant of the Kaduna State Government — to modernise land administration and ensure accurate survey and mapping across Kaduna State.
We solve land disputes and ensure accurate boundary measurements for those who newly acquire landed properties, and we help generate Certificates of Occupancy, certified survey plans, land condition checks and search/verification, registration of title at the state land registry, remote sensing and mapping, and topographic surveys.
Key milestones include the transition from paper files to a digital cadastre, implementation of the Kaduna Master Plan, and the launch of the e-Title platform for online applications and tracking.
Recent achievements include the digitalization of all land records, a significant reduction in title processing time, and integration with national geospatial databases for data accuracy and inter-agency sharing.
