Over 500,000 parcels are now registered, more than 50,000 digital certificates have been issued, and Internally Generated Revenue from land administration exceeds ₦10 billion.

Paper files across the state registry have been converted into a searchable digital cadastre, making land search and verification faster and more reliable.

The e-Title platform and streamlined workflows have cut the time required to process Certificates of Occupancy and related approvals.
Systematic Land Titling Program
A state-wide titling and registration drive has brought tens of thousands of parcels into the formal registry, securing tenure for families and investors.

State registry data now integrates with national geospatial databases and supports inter-agency sharing with urban planning, works, and revenue agencies.
